Manually harvested in order to ensure the careful selection of the ripest grapes. Pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel cubes. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for a minimum of four years prior to bottling.
