Ordering & Payment

‘Sign In’ with your email address and password.

Select the products that you want, click on the “Add to Cart” button. You may adjust the quantity before click on button ‘Add to Cart’ or upon checkout.

After selecting all items, go to the shopping cart on your top right corner and click ‘Checkout’.

Once you have checked the items and amount are correct, click ‘Next’.

Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Method, Delivery Date & Time, and Payment Method, then click ‘Next’ to review on your shopping list.

Click on “Proceed to Payment” and you will be directed to a third party payment gateway.

Once the payment is made, you will be directed back to our website with your order number.

An order acknowledgement will be sent to your email.

You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

Once your transaction is completed and payment is made, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you choose not to accept your delivery, we are not able to issue a refund.

You can pay through PayNow and Mastercard 

You are now able to make the payment for your online orders through PayNow.

Follow the steps below:

Login to Mobile Banking App and scan the PayNow QR code.

Verify the recipient’s name, input the payment amount and release funds.

Screenshot the QR code below and save to your gallery/photo library or press & hold on the QR Code and select “Save Image”/”Download Image”.

Open your Mobile Banking App and select “Scan & Pay”.

At the bottom of the app page, tap on the “Photo Library”/”Gallery”.

Select the QR code that was saved/screenshot from Step 1.

Input the payment amount and confirm the payment.

Do note that your order will be processed once your payment has been verified. If the payment is not received immediately, your order will be on hold and cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery will take around 2 to 3 business working (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays) between 10 am to 6 pm

There is no minimum amount required for orders to be delivered. However, please note that a delivery charge of $15.00 applies to all orders below $70.

Our standard delivery rate is $15.00 for orders below $70.

Orders over $70* receive free shipping. (*after discount and other redemption).

We deliver island-wide in Singapore, except for certain restricted government and military zones.

We'll do our best to get in touch with you by email or a phone call during delivery (if necessary). However, if no one is home to receive the order, a $15.00 re-delivery charge may be applied.

Refunds

We will contact you via call if the item(s) you ordered is out of stock and will suggest the substitution with equal value. If not, you will receive a refund through your method of payment.

Your refund will be processed and returned to your credit card / bank account via PayNow within 2 weeks according to your mode of payment.

As our items are perishable and/or discounted, we do not accept returns. Your experience is a priority and we would love to hear from you. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us at enquiry@wholesome-harvest.com with photos of the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Should you be required to return the item due to defects, please confirm your date & time of return before heading down to our warehouse.

When the defective item is approved and returned, your refund will be processed and returned to your credit card / bank account via PayNow within 2 weeks according to your mode of payment.

Products & Range

Most of our items are exclusive brands from Australia, New Zealand, UK, Italy, France, Canada & USA. We pride ourselves in sourcing items that customers are unable to get elsewhere.

Gift Cards

Our gift card are available on our website at https://wholesome-harvest.com/gift-cards

Choose any of the pre-determined amounts and add to cart, like you would other items

Proceed to check out and select the available date

Once payment has been made, you will receive an email within 48 hours with the vouchers

We will send the gift card to the email that was indicated in the order invoice.  If that email belongs to you, you may then forward the gift card to your recipients.

This gift card is only valid for online purchases at https://wholesome-harvest.com/ and its value is equivalent to the Singapore currency as printed.

Enter the promo code on the gift card during checkout. If the order total is greater than the gift card amount, the balance can be Pais by PayNow or Mastered Card. 

The gift card must be fully utilised in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable. 

The gift card has an expiry period of 6 months.
