This wine highlights "the Black Deer" of the Lascaux Cave, discovered in 1940 and registered with Unesco in 1979. It is the "Sistine Chapel of prehistory" and we are proud of this heritage of our region of Perigord. The Deer, this noble animal, is part of the bestiary of the cave and was painted 18,000 years ago. The antlers thrown back seem to indicate that the animal is bellowing in the distance in the forests of Périgord.
