Our crown jewel, a highly prestigious type of white wine that has gained its fame in recent years. The King White from the Derthona region has the strength of fruity peach and floral aromas of acacia flowers. Hints of honey also emerge while tasting this wine, which combines a pleasant acidic streak with a powerful structure. 10 months of aging in steel in contact with the fine lees kept in suspension before resting in the bottle. It is perfect to accompany a delicious fish dish 75 cl and should be served between 10 and 12 degrees.
