Organic honey vinegar is the oldest known to man, produced solely with honey and water . Born from nectar , honeydew and bee enzymes , it does not undergo pasteurization; it first passes through the alcoholic fermentation of water mixed with honey and then, through the wise use of temperatures and ventilation, the action of bacteria is encouraged which, by transforming alcohol into acetic acid , allow us to obtain a food with unique characteristics in terms of aroma and flavor. The process to obtain honey vinegar is entirely natural , we do not use preservatives or additives at any stage of the process. No sulphites are used during alcoholic fermentation.
