Jaros is considered our estate wine, grown in the perfect soil, environment and climate to obtain a wine with a unique terroir identity, freshness, elegance and great cellaring capacity. Jaros Roble single varietal Tinto Fino, Tempranillo. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with a 17 day maceration with the skins.
Aged for a minimum of 4 months in French and American oak barrels, with an aging capacity of 5 years. This variety of Tinto Fino has fruity notes, jovial in the mouth, with soft toasted notes and sweet tannins from its time in oak barrels, leaving a fresh and pleasant taste in the mouth.
