Sweet Px made from sun-raisined grapes and aged in American oak casks, using the traditional Solera system, with periodic “sacas” (extractions) and “rocíos”(refreshments).
Our PX 1927 is the hallmark of the winery and is a blend of a selection of specific casks made by the winemaker in our winery Las Higueras.
