Crafted using traditional methods and a combination of suitable classic Asturian varieties (Durona de Tresali, Villaviciosa, Raxao, Perico, Regona, etc.) whose rich aromas make them ideal for use in cider production. This, together with the skilled blend of the various apple types, in accordance with the organoleptic and technological properties (sweet, bitter and acidic), a first class must is obtained, which following a process of slow, low temperature alcoholic fermentation, is used to produce a natural cider.
The final stages of the production process include clarification, filtration, sweetening and carbonation to produce a semi-dry cider.
