A suitable combination of apple varieties is used to produce a must using traditional methods which, following alcoholic fermentation, produces a natural cider. Once fermentation is complete, reverse osmosis is applied using suitable membranes to separate the alcohol whilst conserving all the organoleptic properties.
The final stages of the production process include clarification, filtration, sweetening and carbonation to produce an alcohol- free cider (0,0%).
